I’ve heard that epic morning sickness means the baby is working hard and doing well, so I’m taking this as a good sign. I’ll definitely remain mute on the subject in the moment…

I had no morning sickness with #1, who died after only a few weeks of gestation. And I had a ton of morning (really morning, not forever) sickness with the four children who made it. So I was always kind of comforted when I got morning sickness, as odd as that sounds. I wouldn’t tell your wife that while she’s puking, though.

Thanks, Rosie! Several people have mentioned magnesium, so we’ll have to give that a shot. This has been a really good week in terms of morning sickness, but the exhaustion seems to kick in earlier every evening now…

Best absorbed through the skin via oil (ancient minerals brand on Amazon is good) or lotion, and friends have taken the “Natural Calm” supplement and swear by it. Especially since she’s already taking b6, it should help with morning sickness and energy levels since that helps with absorbing it. And congratulations again!!!
